please for the love of Nico, don't mash all materials into one single thing. The eye is not showing properly because it needs to be set to cutout but it can't since everything uses the same shader.

OO yeh auto decimation can be a real hassle, I would suggest learning how to do manual decimation because graphical errors like that can appear really easily if you let blender decide what it deems important and non-important. Keep trying though!

@CarRaser1992 thanks for the feedback! as for the decimation, I tried auto decimation in blender which is still experimental so it might not look good. manual decimation is too complicated for me at the moment but once i'm more experienced i'll do that instead. (?ยด???)

Tried out the model, nothing really too wrong with it, eye tracking, blinking and lipsync works pretty well but the model has been decimated waaay to much so you can really see the body clipping through the clothes and hair looks too jagged, other than that good job!
