Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3 (new prefab)
The original scene (Assets/STITCH/Stitch Experiment 626.unity) uses binary serialization, so it cannot be edited without Unity. Created 'Assets/Stitch Experiment 626-VRCMods.prefab' and ready-to-open scene 'Assets/Stitch Experiment 626-VRCMods.unity' instead: a prefab of the avatar model 'Assets/STITCH/Cubed's Unity Shaders/UnityChan/SD_unitychan/Models/SD_unitychan_humanoid.fbx' with a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root and the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the measured model height. Open the generated scene in Unity to upload the avatar - the original scene is left untouched. The new prefab preserves the original scene's 2.46x root scale.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 m
The new prefab overrides the model root's scale, from 250 to 2.46, so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).

0Hey I was wondering if it was with Lip Syncing too cause it seems it not happening when Im trying to do it?
0I don't know how sorry
0no but feel free to add them
0Does it have visemes?
0No worries x
0Ty m8 :D
0Ok I've updated it so it has an FBX file so if you redownload it now and do the same thing you did before it should show up no problem ready for upload :)
0I'm gonna edit it so it has an FBX file instead anyway so nobody else has this problem
0I figured out what it is, it's a blend file not an fbx file so just go into blender, open the blend file in there and go to - file - save as - and save it in the assets of unity document you want to use it in then when you go back on that unity document it should be there, let me know if this fixes your problem :)
0the file called Untitled should be an FBX file, that should be the avatar I'll try to fix this for you
0It doesn't work, there is only this in the scene: https://imgur.com/a/PEmJrs2
