There seem to be duplicates of 2 folders, "doom" and doom2016" that contain the animation files, one set being under a "models" folder. Was that an accident or are they different
Appreciate the port, but you royally screwed this up. You separated the sword and robot from the base mesh as separate .fbx's but you left the entire bone structure in each one, increasing file size and tanking performance. You also forgot to change to sword script time from 1.00 second to 0.01.
No dynamic bone scripts are included with the model. Please add them. For those who want to get them to work, find a torrent of the Unity asset Dynamic Bones (unless you really want to waste 20 bucks) and add it to your project before adding the model.
Her left eye doesn't blink. Also, you need to include the dynamic bone scripts with the upload. I had to torrent Dynamic Bones to get them to work. Screw paying 20 dollars for it.
