One problem, i tried uploading the avatar, and it kept saying, "file does not exist", am i missing something?

do you know what shaders pack i need? when i added the file, majima is all pink, and missing textures, i tried moving the textures from below towards the model and he turned all white, any tips or is it some kind of glitch?
