These are the assets from my guide on how to dynamically "re-parent" objects so that they follow the transforms of other objects WITHOUT fixed joint issues. In the video I go over moving objects from one target to another, dropping objects in the world, using LimbIK to fix world particles WITHOUT joints OR rigidbodies, setting up VRIK to work correctly, and other general FinalIK information!
