Was a commission but the commissioner didn't like it so maybe some of you will.
You will need Cubed/Poiyomi Shaders (Or any shader you want really) and Dynamic Bones, as well as the VRCSDK.
I put this together using assets from deviantart, and the track suit I ripped and rigged from Sims 4 myself.
Your allowed to do anything with him, really, hes up for grabs.
If you have any questions just comment and I will try to reply. I won't update unless theres something thats stopping him from working as an avatar in-game.
I asked that question below mostly to see if you still check this, what I really wanna know is if there's any way you'd ever sell me the package to the "Cyber E-Man". It's a model I really enjoy and would love to be able to edit and use if possible

Upgraded SDK2 to SDK3Replaced the retired Avatars 2.0 descriptor with an Avatars 3.0 descriptor, viewpoint at 2.129 m in world (eye level) (the rig's eye bones). Animation layers and expressions are at SDK3 defaults and may need manual setup.
Enabled viseme lip syncSet lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.
