You need to download Cubed Unity Shaders for the texture to work. If not, try changing the shader on the textures in the material folder back to standard.

the pokemon is completely pink..will it still be pink in vr chat?

The model should be in its blue texture. I'd recommend having Cubed's shaders for the best effect.
