Darth Talon from Star Wars. Specifically the New Republic Legacy comics. Slightly NSFW as a lot of skin is shown, but the model has no NSFW parts.
Uses Arktoon shaders. Has dynamic bones for the cloth and lekku tail head things. Has visemes and eye tracking.

Using Sharctic's lightsaber effect, but using Darth Talon's hilt.
