I didn't steal this because it was available online somewhere else (free to use for anyone) in an animation pack. At first I didn't know who the creator was and I stated that in the description. When "fxckedup" commented the creator's name I immediately added credits to the original creator, Mixamo. Don't mind these trolls commenting negatively and downvoting this, because this animation is actually is better than the "scuffed naruto run".
If anyone is getting the error that says "the following component type is found on the avatar and will be removed by the client: ONSPAudioSource" this might help. Find all of the audio sources in the scene (they're all on gun related objects), and on each of them you have to delete the ONSP Audio Source component in the inspector tab. The audio source is still there and you should be able to upload it now.

I opened the fbx file in blender and it seems there are a lot of assets being unused in your scene. Lip syncing can be achieved but everything is in Japanese.
If you get the "failed to create file record" error when uploading an avatar, it's not that you did anything wrong. It's just a bug with the vrc network. Just keep trying to upload until it works, that's what I've been doing.
