Can someone tell me what I need to delete in order to get just the base avatar without the facial animations, fire, or cat ears?

If the hands were fixed and it had lip syncing, this would be perfect. Would also be nice if it were under 20k poly so I could use it in public, but oh well.
The download is just the scene, not the unitypackage.
