I forgot to turn it on, but when you go into the mesh list in the hierarchy, select all the meshes and check the box in the inspecctor that says "update when off screen."

The Transformation Works but if you want it to move around properly, you'll have to put parent constraints in the appropriate places.

There are additional blendshapes to hide the trailer and the gun on the truck. But you'll have to set those up yourself
