only thing that is different is the color and the hat, inspired by someones character would mean they would make significant differences to the model alone as well, this is a step to right direction but not enough
we could always go the nittygritty about intellectual property but that is such a difficult topic, at least I can safely say that you're a very unpleasant person seeing that you have no respect towards the original creator.
"made from scratch" doesnt make them 100% yours, these are copies of an already existing characters and when the original creator hasnt given any consent to these, it is stealing.
these are knock offs, not inspired. Inspired by something doesnt mean that you make just Remake what has been made before. If you were inspired then you make something new and something of your own. These were not approved by the Time Spirit creator.
