The mask has animated features to emulate a 'breathing' effect.

This asset uses the PoiyomiToonShader:
https://github.com/poiyomi/PoiyomiToonShader/releases/download/V8.0.426/Poi.Toon.8.0.426.unitypackage

Simply drag and drop the 'NardoMask' prefab found within the 'NardoMask' folder into your scene upon importing the unitypackage.
Then parent the mask onto the 'Head' bone found within the armature of your model.
Make sure to set the 'Face Mesh' for LipSync to the 'NardoMask' found within the 'VRC Avatar Descriptor (Script)' in order for the visemes to work.
