This is Non-humanoid Model used custom animations and controller. Only Eye has Move.
There are OpenMe and OpenMe2,OpenMe3, but OpenMe is have Eye and OpenMe2 is not. Also, the OpenMe and OpenMe2'sbody does not have moving animations. OpenMe3 has No Eye, But body have animations.
Caution: Do not modify the eye size of OpenMe. It will appear in normal size when uploaded.
