Harpy (bravely second) *flying and wiggles*

'*added in a few replacement animations so the harpy now hovers about.
*fixed up bones and skin so it flies and of course dynamic bones.
*corrected some weight and assignment issues...
Stitched and rigged and ready to harp.

Fixed some issues with the top wing, added raven variant.

The head is a bit stiff, but fits the bird like nature. Video of how it moves since the wings are only affixed to the shoulder bones.
