'My first avatar I've decided to upload here. I made this avatar for a friend (I don't even play Overwatch) and now he owes me one, but others can enjoy it as well! :)
Make sure to download and import all the things listed below into Unity before importing the Sombra package.
I only included the default Sombra textures and the Mar skin textures in the package, (Request from friend) but if you are looking for a special skin it may be included in the original model link below. The textures included in that file are Cidro, Glitch, Incendio, Mar, Noche, Oro, Peppermint, Virus, and Zombi.
Hey so im trying to upload sombra avatar to vrchat, but it wont let me because i need to combine meshes and reduce number of bones, do you have some advice on how to fix that? if not you dont have to comment.
I'm on VR but perhaps I didn't add the custom animations right, thanks for replying, I didn't know I had to do anything other than import the dynamic bones. thanks for the reply
Well I did add a cloth component to the collar, if you don't like it you could change the values or delete it. Just find the "collar" mesh on the left side of Unity and there should be some options on the right side once you select it. As for the animations, I can't really say for sure. I would watch a tutorial on how to add custom animations and bring the avatar through that process to see if there are any problems. Are you on desktop or on VR because I only override the animations for VR and I'm not sure how to override them for desktop users.
Hi, I import everything listed, but in game, she has no emotions and her collar is floppy, I can't get the props and facial expressions to work. Any thoughts why? I have downloaded the dynamic bones & cubed shader package and import those (as well as the needed vrchat sdk) and import all of those before the sombra packagethanks!
I didn't make the original model, but all the other work and features done to the avatar was by me. It's not like I downloaded and immediately re uploaded anyways, over a dozen hours of work went into this avatar.
