Add compnent "Rigid Body" to the game object on your head. take gravity off and put kinematic on. angular drag will be set to 0. check off all 6 isolated boxes. Add component "Fixed Joint" to the other game object. Turn gravity off. Set angular drag to 0. Drag your rigid body into your fixed joint "Connected Body"
