MMS3 Shader (it's NOT Cubed's unity shader because MMS3 looks more Like MMD Shader)(You Can use Other Shader if You Want) ,
Visemes (Lip Sync),
Eye Tracking,
Finger Trail Effect,
Glowing: Tie, Blue Part Of Skirt, Pink Thing Near Hair(Idk What It's Called), And Blue Parts Of Sleeves/Boots.

IT DON'T HAVE ANIMATIONS, You Must Add Your Animations Or play with Defaults

Guide:

1. Create New Project In Unity
2. (IMPORTANT) Import VRCHAT SDK
3. Import "TDA Default Miku By Xoriu" unity package
4. (IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT DYNAMIC BONES) Double Click TDA Default Miku(This With Unity Icon)
5. Upload And Check Ingame

When Your model is Pink Your Unity Project don't have MMS3 Shader
