This model has an error in the legs of the avatar, when it is seen in the program does not realize, when I send by vrchat the avatar is left with the back turned

Has anyone gotten around to fixing the skeleton on the lower body of this model? I've tried to but after i make the changes in blender then move it to unity I would get no model, once i finally got the model to load, it was stuck in the T pose and couldn't get past that.

why is she so god **** large?

Can you do Fumio Murakami?? I cant find her anywhere :(
