Actually, this has more stuff than the original paid edition which was only the FBX file at my gumroad back then, this one requires VRChat Creator Companion and the proper Unity build (check the info), you can toggle clothes off individually, there isn't anything explicit but there is a certain toggle there which makes it count as nsfw.
The archive also includes Blender files if you want to make modifications to the original (made with Blender 4), I was unable to avoid clipping in certain areas, if you get errors while trying to upload you may need to import Gesture Manager into your unity project through the Creator Companion, it isn't needed so you can actually delete that component from the project if you don't want to import that feature.
