Last update I: Changed the shader, changed values on several dynamic bones, edited the facial expressions so some work better together, added specular to all materials except for body, weight painted the skirt so crouching won't clip as much and changed some tail positions.

You don't need to reduce the poly count to upload it. Instead use a modified vrcsdk which has no poly limit.
