Not an exact representation but it came out great looking either way. Example material is called "Procedual Apex Dots"

This is designed for accessories. Sorry to all who want to put this shader on their entire character but feel free to edit it. It is made in Amplify.

It will work just fine but it's not ideal compared to using other shaders as there's not too many options besides the ones to control the effect itself.
