@ali change the face texture to cubed shader, I made the face texture an unlit texture to fix the sunken mouth the model has similar to the kisaragi model.
@drakeos Result of decimation. I normally exclude hands or skin but this model had 70k polys which made it impossible to bring it to a normal look after decimating.
add a audio source to the model then duplicate the model and just drag it onto the duplicated model like when you make any regular animation and in the animation window u can just enable it
@Drakeos I think the model looks fine. I see where you mean the arms are maybe rotated too much inward, but I'm not sure what you mean by fix the wrists and chest.
@arcrox. Couldn't avoid it without being over 20k polys. I was able to keep the arms and fingers and legs normal but I couldn't decimate it below without messing up those parts.
@thunderchild are you sure you are using cubed shaders plugin? I just tested the package and it works fine for me. Try to maybe update unity or use the vrcsdk I have linked.
@atomic storm there is lip sync. if its not added in already due to importing error or something just add it in yourself using the visemes lip sync thing. It should already be there though.
@Exozze the error seems to occur when using the latest VRCSdk. Please use an older version. The one that works best is the one from january 23rd. I will upload the sdk and put the link in the description.
