Created a Unity scene for the avatarThe package contained no .unity scene and no .prefab. Created 'Assets/Todo2-VRCMods.unity': a scene with the avatar model 'Assets/Shoto Todoroki/Todo2.fbx' placed in it and a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor on its root, with the viewpoint at 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones. Open this scene in Unity to upload the avatar.
Added a VRChat Avatar DescriptorAttached a VRChat SDK3 Avatar Descriptor to the model root in 'Assets/Todo2-VRCMods.unity' and set the viewpoint to 1.685 m in world (eye level), derived from the rig's eye bones.
Resized the avatar to 1.8 mThe new scene imports the model at 0.494x scale (from 1), so the avatar stands 1.8 m tall. In Unity, tweak the scale to your preference - we default to 1.8 m (about the size of an average human male).
Enabled viseme lip syncSet lip sync to Viseme Blend Shape and assigned the 15 vrc.v_* shapes already on the mesh. The viseme mesh itself still has to be selected in Unity if it was never set.
